Use the Dashboard and export history to revisit tasks and download available export results.

Use the Dashboard to find your EasyComment tasks and revisit previous results. Sign in to access your saved history.
Open your history
- Open Dashboard from the website navigation.
- Sign in to EasyComment if prompted.
- Find the task for the tool and public account or post you used. Check its displayed status and available result before starting another export.
Several export tools also provide a View Export History entry, including the Instagram Comment Exporter and TikTok Comment Exporter.
Download an export
When an export has completed and its file is available, use the download option for that result. Comment exporters offer CSV or Excel files for use in spreadsheet applications.
If you cannot find a result or download its file, see Get help with an export that did not complete. When contacting support, include the task ID if shown, the original input, and the status or download error.
