Pick a winner from Instagram comments
Use Instagram Giveaway Picker to load comments and select a giveaway winner.
Instagram Giveaway Picker, also listed as Instagram Comment Picker, selects winners from a post's comments.
Prepare your post
Use a post from a public Instagram account. Both public personal and business accounts are supported. Copy the link to the post containing your giveaway comments.
Run the draw
- Paste the post link into the picker.
- Select Start to load the post's comments.
- Set the number of winners and review the exclusion options for users, comments, or keywords. Match these settings to the rules you announced.
- Select Pick Winner to make the random selection.
- Review the winner result and use the available result export or sharing options.
Check your giveaway requirements
Before drawing, decide how many winners you need and which entries should be excluded. The picker provides exclusions for users, comments, or keywords; check the selected settings before making the draw.
An entry rule you announce is not automatically a condition the picker verifies. If your giveaway requires following an account, liking a post, or sharing content, check how you will verify that requirement before awarding the prize. Do not assume random comment selection checks all of those actions.
If you are unsure how a setting applies to your rules, contact support with the specific requirement. Selecting a winner does not, by itself, notify that person.
