Export Instagram comments and replies

Instagram Comment Exporter collects available comments from a public Instagram post into a spreadsheet. Enable Include Replies when you also need replies within comment threads.

Before you begin

• Copy the public post URL, not the account's profile URL.
• You do not need to connect an Instagram account or install an extension.
• Sign in to EasyComment to enable Include Replies. EasyComment sign-in is separate from Instagram login.
• Comment and reply collection use credits. See the rates below before starting.

Choose whether to include replies

A top-level comment is posted directly under the post. A reply is a response inside a comment thread. Leave Include Replies off for top-level comments only, or turn it on to also collect available replies.

Including replies does not guarantee that every reply shown on Instagram will be available for export.

Export your data

1. Open the exporter and paste the public post URL.
2. If you need replies, sign in to EasyComment and enable Include Replies.
3. Select Export Now.
4. Wait for collection to finish.
5. Download the available CSV or Excel file and open it in your spreadsheet application.

Credits for comments and replies

The exporter's credit guide lists approximately 15 comments per credit, or up to 7 replies per credit. Replies have a different collection rate from top-level comments; do not use the comment rate to estimate reply collection.

Find your file again

Select View Export History, or open your Dashboard and sign in to EasyComment to revisit available export results. See Find your tasks and previous results.

Missing comments or an unfinished task?

If replies are missing, check whether you enabled Include Replies for that export. Instagram's data availability and platform restrictions can also limit the comments available to collect; a lower count alone does not identify the cause for a particular task.
