Understand export scope and file formats
Choose the right input and distinguish account lists, comments, and replies.
Choose your exporter based on the data you need. A profile list and a post's comments require different inputs.

These exporters offer CSV or Excel files. Choose an available format that works with your spreadsheet application.
Comments and replies
Both the Instagram and TikTok comment exporters offer Include Replies. A top-level comment belongs directly to the post or video; a reply belongs to a comment thread.
Instagram requires EasyComment sign-in to enable this option. Replies affect credit usage, and not every reply may be available to collect. Check the guide for the platform you use; do not apply one platform's login requirements or credit rate to another.
