Check your balance and manage your subscription

Sign in to EasyComment and open My Subscriptions to check your remaining credits and manage your subscription.

Add credits

You can purchase a one-time credit pack from Pricing, including while a monthly subscription is active. See Understand credits for how the two balances are used.

Change your plan

Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Review the selected plan and effective date before completing a change.

Cancel a subscription

Open My Subscriptions to cancel your subscription. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle; cancellation stops future renewal rather than ending access immediately.
