Do I need an EasyComment or social media account?
Understand the difference between signing in to EasyComment and signing in to a social platform.
An EasyComment account and an Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook account serve different purposes. Requirements depend on the tool you use.
Sign in to EasyComment
Select Log In in the website navigation. The sign-in dialog includes Log in with Email; choose it to continue with the email sign-in flow.
Use your EasyComment account for saved tasks, credits, and subscriptions. “No Instagram login required” describes access to Instagram content; it does not mean every EasyComment operation is available without an EasyComment account.
Browsing public content
Instagram Story Viewer lets you begin viewing public content without Instagram authorization. The TikTok Viewer also works without a TikTok login.
Guest access does not mean every tool has unlimited usage. EasyComment sign-in and credits may be needed to access more results. See Credits, subscriptions, and credit packs.
Tracking and saved results
You can preview a public profile in Instagram Analytics without connecting Instagram. Starting daily tracking requires an EasyComment account.
The Dashboard also requires EasyComment sign-in to access your task history and previous results.
Exporting Instagram replies
You can export public Instagram comments without connecting an Instagram account. To enable Include Replies, sign in to EasyComment. See Export Instagram comments and replies for the steps and credit rates.
Facebook tools
Facebook Comment Picker and Facebook Comment Exporter work without signing in to an account or installing a browser extension. Open the tool and enter the Facebook post link to get started.
