Understand free credits, subscriptions, and credit packs
Learn how monthly credits and one-time credit packs work together.
EasyComment offers free monthly credits, monthly subscriptions, and one-time credit packs. See Pricing for current purchase options and prices.
Free monthly credits
Free users receive 5 credits each month. These reset on the first day of the month, using GMT. A tool's guest preview is separate from your account's credit balance.
Monthly subscriptions
A subscription provides recurring credits. Billing follows your monthly purchase date. If your subscription credits run out, you can buy a credit pack to continue using credit-based services.
One-time credit packs
Purchased packs take effect immediately, do not expire, and can be combined. You can buy a pack while you have a monthly subscription.
Subscription credits are used first. Once they are exhausted, usage switches to the available credit-pack balance.
Check your balance
After signing in, open My Subscriptions to view your remaining credits. See Manage your subscription for more information.
Check the cost of an operation
Use the credit guidance on the tool you are about to use. Viewing a page of results, exporting followers, and collecting comments or replies are different operations; one tool's rate does not apply to all of them.
